This product is a made-to-order item where the lead designer of Skater JOHN creates an illustration based on your photo, and the illustration and sticker are produced under the supervision of JOHN creator, Shibachan.

Please review and agree to the following terms before placing your order.

1. About Production

• The illustration will be created by Skater JOHN lead designer GASAKI, and supervised by JOHN creator, Shibachan.
• The content of the production, expressions, deformed representations, and color tones will be left to the artist's discretion.
• While the illustration will be based on a photo, it is an artistic work and not a complete reproduction of the original.

2. About Poses

• You will choose from 6 available poses.
• We cannot accept specific requests for compositions or staging other than the chosen pose.
• JOHN's pose and design are fixed.

3. About Requests and Revisions

• Due to operational reasons, we cannot accommodate individual requests or arrangement customizations for this product.
• We do not accept revisions or redraws after the artwork is completed.
• Nicknames will be created based on the content you entered. We cannot accept revisions or re-creations due to input errors.
  
• We cannot accept content that is offensive to public order and morals or that may infringe on the rights of third parties. Also, if there are unusable characters or symbols, or for design reasons, the text size and placement may be adjusted.

4. About Photos

• Please submit one full-body photo and one face photo.
• Please provide clear photos where your face and clothing can be seen.
• Depending on the condition of the photo, we may request a resubmission.
• Only JPEG, PNG, and HEIC image formats are accepted.
  
• If there are any deficiencies in the photos you send, we may request a resubmission. In such cases, the delivery date will be calculated from the date of resubmission.
• The photos you send will not be used for any purpose other than the production of this product. They will be properly managed after production is complete.
• The photos you submit must be of yourself or photos for which you have obtained permission to use. We cannot accept orders with photos that may infringe on the rights of third parties. If we deem a photo inappropriate, we may cancel your order.

5. About the Subject of Production

• The subject of the production will be one person, the customer who placed the order.
• We do not accept additional people, pets, or characters.

6. About Delivery Time

• Product delivery is scheduled for approximately 2 months after photo confirmation.
• This may vary depending on the production status.

7. About Cancellations and Returns

• As this product is made-to-order, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after the order has been confirmed.
• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.

8. About Copyright

• Copyright for illustrations and designs belongs to the creator.
• Please enjoy within the scope of personal use.
• Commercial use, sale, secondary distribution, and unauthorized processing are prohibited.

9. About Publication on Social Media, etc.

• Completed works may be featured on social media or websites.
• If you do not wish for your work to be published, please select "NO" when ordering.

10. Disclaimer

• This product is a made-to-order, hand-drawn item, and therefore we do not guarantee that it will perfectly match the customer's image. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for damages not attributable to our fault.

  
  11. International Shipping, Duties and Taxes

  • International orders will be shipped via EMS or DHL, depending on the order details and destination. Customers cannot choose the shipping carrier.
  • For international shipping, please enter your name, address, and other delivery information in English or Roman characters.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to shipping conditions or customs clearance procedures.
  • Customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country or region. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • As this is a made-to-order product, no refund will be issued if the shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid duties or taxes, refusal of delivery, incomplete or incorrect delivery information, or similar reasons.
  • If shipping is not available due to the destination, shipping conditions, or the nature of the item, we may contact you after your order is placed and cancel the order. In such cases, the full order amount will be refunded.
